This question comes up often in my conversations with Grenadian Christians. Indeed, this question has much to do with the religious idea of original sin, and since most of those I converse with are of Catholic faith and this topic never gets omitted. Certainly, there are many different variants of answers given, but commonly, they all give the one basic answer to this question, yes, they are responsible. However, I beg to differ, and I will tell you why; a critical and rational view of the biblical narrative expresses a different viewpoint, from which believers intentionally shy away.
